使用AdGuard的用户可以添加下列规则，直接阻止掉上传数据的脚本，这样拦截数量就不会一直地变高了：

最重要的就是第一行的log-reporter.js，建议直接禁止。
使用AdGuard Home等自建DNS服务器的可以屏蔽 data.bilibili.com 域名来阻止日志上传，但是这种方式进行的屏蔽还是会消耗CPU的。
